CTPL provides:
Village Mart product browsing, ordering, and delivery services
School-related digital services for Chowthan Model Schools
Communication tools for parents, students, and school staff
Notifications, updates, and administrative support
Customer service and assistance
Services may change or expand over time.
3. Account Registration
You must provide valid and accurate information
Parents/guardians are responsible for student accounts
Keep login credentials secure and confidential
You are responsible for activities under your account
Notify us immediately if your account is compromised
We reserve the right to suspend accounts with false or misleading information.
4. Orders & Payments
Orders placed through Village Mart are subject to availability
Prices are displayed before checkout
Payments must be made through authorized payment channels
Refunds or cancellations follow our refund policy
Failed transactions are automatically reversed when possible
Delivery times are estimates and may vary
5. School Services
School features are for educational and administrative purposes only
Parents/guardians must supervise student use
Academic records and communications must not be misused
Unauthorized sharing of school information is prohibited
6. Prohibited Activities
You must not:
Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities
Share accounts with unauthorized users
Upload harmful or malicious software
Impersonate another person
Abuse school communication systems
Interfere with app functionality
Violations may result in suspension or legal action.
7. Intellectual Property
All app content, logos, and materials belong to CTPL
You may not copy or distribute content without permission
Unauthorized use may lead to legal action

We comply with Indian data protection laws

9. Account Suspension / Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts if:
Terms are violated
Fraud or misuse occurs
False information is provided

Accounts remain inactive for extended periods
You may close your account anytime by contacting support.
10. Liability Disclaimer
We strive to maintain uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee it
Technical failures or network issues may occur
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party providers
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months
11. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by:
Natural disasters
Government actions
Internet outages
Strikes or emergencies
12. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Ongole, Andhra Pradesh
Governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
Courts in Ongole have exclusive jurisdiction
13. Modification of Terms
Terms may be updated from time to time
Updates will include a new effective date
Continued use means acceptance of changes

17. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch through the website/app or by contacting customer support
Once an order is dispatched, cancellation may not be possible
Refunds are applicable only for eligible cancellations, failed transactions, damaged items, or undelivered orders
Users must report issues within a reasonable time after delivery
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 working days
Refund timelines depend on banks and payment providers
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
CTPL reserves the right to verify refund requests to prevent misuse
